Honestly, we think the list are all wrong. Most of the girls listed in the top 10 have implants, implants are not breasts, they are saline sacks. Also we would put Megan Fox as number 2 instead of has been Tyra Banks. WTF? Carmen Electra and Audrina Patridge, both obviously have fake boobs….
One has to wonder who are on the judging panel at InTouch Weekly?
